We design and build applications, workflow automation and data models inside your
Microsoft 365 tenant, under your existing identity, security and licensing.

Most of our Power Platform work replaces a process run through email, spreadsheets and
manual capture with an application that checks data when it is entered, routes it for
approval and records every step.
Email and spreadsheetsOn Power Platform
Email and spreadsheets: Submissions arrive by email, in whatever format the sender chose
On Power Platform: Submissions received, validated and their contents extracted automatically
Email and spreadsheets: Details typed in by hand, and mistakes found later
On Power Platform: Data checked by the app as it is entered
Email and spreadsheets: Records spread across spreadsheets, with duplicates and old copies
On Power Platform: Dataverse keys and validation rules stop duplicate and incorrect records
Email and spreadsheets: Approvals chased over email
On Power Platform: Each record routed for approval, stage by stage
Email and spreadsheets: No clear record of who changed what, or when
On Power Platform: Every step recorded, so you can see who did what and when

Desktop automation
Power Automate Desktop bots for systems that have no integration interface, such as older practice-management software. Bots can run unattended outside business hours and pass a case to a person when they cannot complete it.

Integration
Connections between Power Platform and the systems around it, including SAP, Snowflake, SharePoint and Jira. Where volume or security goes beyond the standard connectors, we use Azure Functions and managed identity.

Supplier price changes, checked and approved
A supplier price-change workflow across several European markets. Power Automate validates supplier Excel submissions from a shared mailbox and loads them into Dataverse. Each one then passes procurement, market supply chain and a central quality gate, and goes to the group's data warehouse only once approved.

Compliance work across thousands of entities
Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows that process company-secretarial compliance work across thousands of entities. They connect to the firm's practice-management and ticketing systems and prepare a review pack with an audit trail for each entity.
Every solution is built to be handed over: packaged, documented, and taught to the people who
will run it.
Governance and handover
A security pack for your IT team to sign off, covering the data model, access design, flows, logging and retention. Solutions are packaged and documented so your own staff can maintain and extend them after go-live.

How we work together
Start small, then build on it.
01
Start with one process
Engagements usually start with one process that is costing your team time.
02
Build the first version
We build it inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, and your team starts using it.
03
Add the next process
Once the first version is in daily use, we add further processes.
FAQ
Before you book a call.
The short version. We'll go deeper on the call.
What is Microsoft Power Platform?
Microsoft's low-code platform for business applications (Power Apps), workflow automation (Power Automate), business data (Dataverse) and reporting (Power BI). It runs in the Microsoft cloud alongside Microsoft 365, under the same sign-in and security.
Do we need extra Microsoft licences?
It depends on what we build. Apps and flows that use standard connectors, such as SharePoint, Outlook and Excel, run on the Power Platform rights included in most Microsoft 365 plans. Dataverse, premium connectors and unattended desktop bots need additional licences. We confirm what a build needs before we start.
How do you handle security and IT sign-off?
Everything is built in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, under your existing identity and security policies. Your IT team gets a security pack to sign off, covering the data model, access design, flows, logging and retention.
Can our own team maintain what you build?
Yes. Solutions are packaged and documented so your own staff can maintain and extend them after go-live, and we train the people who will look after your automations.
How do engagements work?
Most start with one process that is costing your team time. We build the first version in your tenant, and add further processes once it is in daily use.

A 45-minute call, with no deck and no pressure. Bring the process that still runs on email
and spreadsheets, and we'll look at what to build first.
