The challenge
Yacht crew recruitment was fragmented and manual. SeaMe needed a single place for candidates to manage their journey and for recruiters to hire across multiple boats.
What we built
We built a two-sided mobile platform. Candidates create detailed profiles, apply for relevant roles and manage their recruitment journey from one place. Recruiters manage vessels, post jobs, review applicants, request references and track candidate activity across multiple boats.
