Payment statements and compliance reports were pulled together by hand, while the Microsoft licences the business already paid for sat largely unused. We moved that work onto those licences with Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps, and trained the team to run and extend it themselves. The operational challenge
The organisation had invested in Microsoft technology, but much of its capability sat unused. Important processes still relied on repetitive manual work, slowing operations and introducing errors. Employees also needed practical support to improve their own workflows and adopt new digital processes with confidence.
What changed
